What is included in every package?
A 3-7 minute highlight video (depending on the duration of your event)
60 minute film per event.
Two Professional Videographers.
Drone coverage (location permitting)
Travel included within the DMV area.
Do you include photography?
We can curate a package that includes photography upon request. We work closely with many photographers and are happy to work with people we work best with.
Do you offer a second videographer?
We always send two videographers in the prices quoted. We find it necessary to have two videographers to ensure quality and avoid small mistakes. If only one videographer is requested for any special needs, that can be arranged but does not come at a discount from quoted price.
Can we provide a shot list or specific moments we want captured?
Definitely! We love to hear what is important to you guys so we can make sure to capture moments you find extra important. The more specific you are the less there is a chance of us missing anything.
Can we request specific music for our video?
Yes and we recommend that you do! Music can be very special to couples and can create the vibe for the whole video. We prefer that music is selected by the couple but if not our editors will do their best to find music that is fitting.
Do you offer live streaming services?
Live streaming services can be arranged and can scale from very simple to very complex. If you’re interested in more info regarding this, reach out to us and we can figure out what works for you.
Will the final video be in a format we can easily share with others?
Yes! Everything is cloud based and is as easy as sending a link. Once the link is received you can stream at your desired resolution. We recommend downloading the files to see in uninterrupted, high resolution.
How does payment work?
Once you are ready to book, we will send you a contract and an invoice that covers 50% of your package. The remainder of the balance will be due one week before event date.
What is the turnaround time for content?
Our editors take between 4-12 weeks for highlight and full videos.
Do you have insurance?
Yes, we’re more than happy to share our COI. If you’re venue needs insurance information feel free to send them our way!
Do we get the raw footage?
Raw footage is not given out unless upon request. A fee is also charged per raw footage delivery. Fee is expressed in the contract.
Do you travel to destination weddings?
We definitely do and feel grateful to do so. Depending on destination, you may also receive a discount!
Can we add a "same-day edit" for the reception?
Same day edits are available upon request. Fee is determined by event size and allocated editing time. Please keep in mind how much time is given to us to edit, we aren’t robots!
How do you handle guest shots or candid moments?
We do our best to capture immediate loved ones and small candid moments that include the couple but ultimately our focus is on the couple so if you’d like more focus on other family and friends or action away from the couple ask us about adding on a third videographer!
